yes but i've done gymnastics for 7 years, if i don't know at least a bit about jumping, landing and falling i've had my head in the sand for years

no guys gymnastics is prety much all about styrength, ure build like a tank (no offence) if u get ure arms strong u prolly could dominate the rings or parellell bars (well idk exactly) but gymnasitcs is 70% strength and 29% knowing what ure doin and 1% is being a hard ***
