I walked in after her, and closed the door. Playing it safe by locking it before taking off his cloak, revealing the side-effects of his shape-shifting. There were strectch marks all over his shoulders, and his scales seemed to sag as they were still re-adjusting to the smaller frame. His hands were still three-fingered talons, but slowly seperating a milimeter every ten minutes. "Uh...I hope you don't no television, couldn't get a cable guy who could keep his mouth shut...." he said as he walked up to one of the guest rooms, and found everything in shambles. Great, Maxi and Kitteh still forgot to clean the room before they left...at least the room key and house key are still here he thought as he locked the room. "The guest room isn't ready for sleeping in, and I don't like it when people sleep on my floor or couch...so unless you have a problem with it, you'll have to sleep with me" Chrono sighed after saying it, realizing how hes right now doing the exact same thing he viewed as cheating, but only because he didn't want to waste time cleaning up a room.

she turned round to look at him "Whats wrong with the guest room? if its a little messy, i'll happily clean it" she didnt want to make him feel worse then he did so she was suggesting anything she could to that.

Now he was faced with three decisions. One, get off his scaly rump and clean the room; Two, let Syra clean it and seem like a really tired/lazy dragon; or Three, make up an outrageous reason why its too dangerous and time-consuming for a demon to clean up a room when they offered to. Three was tempting....

"Well, two people used to live there, but they recently left, and haven't seen them anywhere in the city or countryside....besides, sometimes the sentires search rooms for assassins" he saw Syra cock an eyebrow at him. "What, you think hunters are only after you, I've been hunted for at least as long as i've been on this planet..."

[Sareen]

she lowered her brow back and thought "So what would be safest then? and I have been hunted my whole life as well, so i know the feeling." She coughed a little into her paw before speaking again "So the furs who lived in there before just left it a mess and didnt tell you were they went? ... They dont seem very nice"

"Sleeping with me is actually the safest, since everyone that hunts me also knows that I quit drinking blood, which after two years, makes me basically only slightly stronger than a mortal with my same physique. They also figured out that I befriended other mortals, the only thing they don't know is that I just fed today, and I met another demon...basically, they'll leave you alone while they go after me" he put the cloak away in his wardrobe before coming back down with only a pair of jeans on. "But if you still perfer to sleep alone, i'll clean up the room."

she was reluctant to say "Would be okay if i just shared with you? i kinda like living, even if my life is kinda lonely and messed up at the moment"

"Well, life has its ups and downs, its just that apparently your ups include killing and drinking blood..." he joked as he went up to his room, apparently not having anything against her sleeping with him.

[Sareen]

She gave a cute little joking pout and followed him to know where she was going "hehe But as some say im one of lifes little punchlines. i dont really get it though"

"Well, the joke could either come from the vampire or the demon, both are understandable..." He arrives at a king-sized bed with curtains on every side, the room is shag-carpet with padding to prevent damage from accidental falls. Surprisingly, the room seems like its rarely used. "Only I can sleep on the couch, since I own the house and property" he cheekily stated, soon getting into bed, preferring to sleep in his pants...

gave a childish gasp "Does this mean im not allowed to sleep on the couch then?" she was looking round the room as she said that, her tail swaying slightly to show that she was slightly more comfortable with the idea

He yawned and then smiled at Syra "I believe I said that earlier....or were you too busy getting aquainted with a home at the bottom of the city cliff?"

[Sareen]

smiles "I was just joking" sits on the other side of the bed and stretches, still admiring the room

"Oh, and just as a warning, I tend to move in my sleep...still wondering how I don't wake myself...." he yawned in the middle of the sentence as he started to doze off, all but forgetting the girl that ran off after drinking a vial of wierd liquid.

She laid down and tilted the pillow a bit so she could hug it, she then snuggled down into it and curled a bit, letting her tail droop off of the edge of the bed, she also yawned before speaking "It's fine, i can sleep through quite a bit" gave a weak sleepy smile

During his sleep, he started making grunts and hisses while somewhat thrashing about on the bed, but a few moments after his hand accidentally grabs her shoulder, his sleeping tantrums calm down and he starts to inch towards Syra...although he is going to regret doing so when he wakes up....
