Pancakes vs Waffles

This seems to be a subject that never ends, so I have to ask, which of these breakfast treats do you find to be the more delicious one, pancakes or waffles? Share your reasoning, thoughts, opinions, and possibly your preparation planning around these foods!

Personally, I love waffles, I think they are really convenient for trapping quadrants of butter, peanut butter, maple syrup, fruits, and other toppings to make sure nothing falls off when you want to eat it!

Both are great, but I love PANCAKES.

They're soft and fluffy and better at containing things like blueberries within the batter.

I like Waffles because they're pancakes with pockets for your syrup or fruit to sit in.

it was a though choice but im going with pancakes, the dutch ultra flat edition, because you can but things like bacon in it

I like waffles better. The batter doesn't have this weird sting-like taste to it and it just overall tastes better.

Pancakes. Totally pancakes. Waffles aren't popular at all where I live, whereas pancakes are literally everywhere. I can tell you, they are one of my favorite treats! Mmmmmmmm

Pancakes! Chocolate chip pancakes. Mmmm. Waffles are too big/filling for me. I'm more satisfied by a little stack of pancakes than 1 waffle.
