I just kind of shelved several of my problems and did nothing about them for over 10 years, now I suffer anxiety and panic attacks as a result of keeping everything internal.

Instead of telling people about my problems, I kept them to myself, eventually it destroyed me. Mortality aside, it's been a rough past 2 years.

Yeah, that's pretty hefty...

Most people I've seen here get a lot of problems troughout their lives. It generally isn't helpfull to not tell anyone about them. Makes people feel alone in their stride, and makes it hard for them to get advice, etc.

Yeah, slowly, I get better at my pain lessens. Today has been a pretty good day so far, usually I'm in pain for most of the day.
