How would you battle the fur above?

would add soap to floors and leap over the puddle seeing if you chase, hoping you try to run on soap puddle while you go after me

Would follow them since I was watching them as they slipped and can easily keep us if they dug over. there.     Would try to sneak attack then sneak attacking fox
