so without further ado (or should that be adieu?) ask me whatever.

What is it that motivated you to pick your current username? 

[Fable]

That is a lovely question- a few years back i was writing a story and my main character was a girl named Fable Maze with a brother named Journey. I thought those names sounded really cool (and it has a bit to do with how my name and the name of my siblings were chosen). Although the story went no where the character stayed with me and when I was creating my sona that character popped back up in my head and helped me create Fable both in looks and in name.

How did you find the Forums, what lead you to join and what were your thoughts during your first few days here?  if you remember

luckily since i only joined a few months ago i do remember this all quite well =)


I had just gotten out of a long relationship and decided that i wanted to try and meet some new friends/ find something new to  focus on and so thought it would be the best time to finally look more into the wonderful world of furries. I honestly found this site by the google search of "furry communities" and opened every website that popped up until i found this one which was the best one(because people here are awesome).
My first few days here were amazing because  the furs here are just amazing and helpful and friendly. I spent all of my first day reading tons of posts and learning everything i could and was amazed at the positive friendly furs that seemed to just be everywhere.

Favorite book and author?

my favorite book would have to be the first harry Potter book. I like all of the book but that was a favorite.
My favorite author though has to be either James Patterson or Edgar Allan Poe. I love tons of James Patterson's books and series but i read Poe's poetry forever and not be bored.

something I hate: it seems that people sometimes are very quick to get offended and very easy to accidently offend.
Something I love: most times people are very open to talk to and help others ^.^

What are the things that inspire you daily?

ummm.... in all honesty I don't think there really is anything that inspires me daily.
The only person who has ever really inspired me is Thomas Ridgewell- hes a youtuber/ director/ skit writer.

Why a Gecko, and why the chosen colors?

[Fable]

When trying to figure out what Fursona I would really like I wanted to go with a reptile of some sort because I find them to be fascinating. I chose the leopard gecko specifically because I have a pet leopard gecko named Nimbus- he is my all time favorite pet. I absolutely love that little guy. and I'll admit I'm a little jealous of him getting to sleep all day in his nice warm tank. (I'm a very cold person >.<).
The color of Fable's scales is an Amethyst purple. Amethysts are my favorite stone and I have always been really drawn to them. In fact I've been wearing an amethyst on my necklace for a bit over 9 years nows. I have no idea of why i wear it, but i don't feel right taking it off. So That was my reasoning behind Fable being purple. The teal of the hair streaks and eyes is simply because teal is my favorite color.
