What do you do when you're sick?

But is there anything you do when you are sick?
Do you eat soup?
Play video games?
Anything?

I don't get sick often, but most of the time when I do, I fight through it to do what I want to do. So draw and all that shiz stays the same

When Im sick its the worst. I dont usually get sick but when I do its near impossible for me to get better. I just lay in bed all day and all night and only get up to use the bathroom. I'll nap until I get a headache and then put on a sweater and pants and sit outside for a bit. Sometimes my friends will come by and bring me tea or coffee and stay for a smoke before they leave again. It sucks because when Im sick it gets difficult for me to talk so I become a silent type, using my phone to type them messages instead of saying it.

I dont watch a lot of Netflix or play games so Im either online or just sleeping or sitting outside lol

If I'm sick I try to treat myself as gently as possible. I sleep in late and go to bed early. If I have a fever I take some tylenol; it does wonders for my symptoms most of the time and makes me feel much better. I'll just spend most of the day streaming Netflix or playing computer games, napping, and eating homemade chicken noodle soup.

Moan really loud and get people I don't like sick... What? I love 'bug'ging people. I'm quite 'sick'ening.

Out of all seriousness, I play games, sleep, drink Gatorade.

I can't do much, so I just lay in bed posting online with my phone, wrapped up in warm blankets all day.
Food? I eat soups or what ever family members made. If it's the common cold probably warm stuff - will drink either warm water or lemon-ginger tea

Depending on the severity of the illness, I may or may not take meds.
Usually it's a chance for me to wake up to breakfast made for me and play videogames while I'm conscious.

Well, same as always I guess. Soup, water/Gatorade, and lots of TV/movies at random hours when not sleeping.

As of the last who knows how many years though, I've included various hot teas into the mix, as well as cuddles with the pooch ever since he was adopted. Which always helps raise the mood.

Star Trek: TNG is my go-to for hot tea and watching when I'm ill.

Neglect self care due to illness, load up on cold/flu medicine; drink lots of fluids, sleep. Repeat.

At the moment I'm lying in bed, listening to mellow music and surfing the net. Soon I'll get up to make myself some toast and cup-o-noodles. After that, I'll either go back to bed or crash on the couch.

I curl up in bed and avoid my cigs and stick with me coffee and later have some hot orange juice and recover

I try to avoid bed and lazing around when I'm sick, for me it makes me feel even more sick
So I try to get early nights in, Netflix to wind me down. Lots of tea because it's good to keep water levels goin' and it's always nice when sick.
During the day just ramp up the usual stuff, make sure to shower long and hot, I get crazy about my hygiene, do whatever to make myself feel not gross!
Aaand going outside helps me a lot, I live near the beach so going there and hanging out on the dunes for a bit really clears me up. Staying inside in bed makes me feel stuffy and boogery

I try to explain to my parents that I'm sick and then have to listen to them tell me why I'm wrong. '

When it's severe enough to be noticed? I lay around and play online. And try not to let my anxiety find new ways to convince me that I'm actually dying.
