So here's a challenge!

Ah, hello! So I took this... "Odd" screenshot. My challenge to you guys is to figure out two things:
-How I did it.
-How many changes there are from the original screenshot.
Everything you need is in the picture, so here it is! (You may want to zoom out so you can see the whole thing)

My guess is that your using the INSPECT ELEMENT tool and are changing the texts
