May not be the answer you are looking for, but maybe take a break?

Seriously. Sometimes when I am feeling really frustrated and not getting things I need done accomplished quickly enough or well enough, I just disengage and mentally disconnect for a while. Usually the recharge helps me come back and do even better than I was before. Sometimes I take a week off, depending on what the issue is. If I am banging my head against a song for guitar, I'll just walk away for a bit before hitting burnout status and come back later good as new.

I know how you feel :(. Probably set a schedule for yourself or a deadline and feel bad when you don't achieve it but not all solutions work for everyone. But i hope you find one.
