Italian food?

I've got a school assessment task where I need to cook any Italian dish.
Can someone give me suggestions?
Can't do some things such as dessert though because it would melt by the time I get to school  :$

You could always go with the old classic chicken parmesan. Might be a bit labor intensive though since it involves breading the chicken, but it is so tasty!
