Bio: Raz was the leader of the bio weapons division and was largely known for his work, but when the bomb dropped, it shook the whole lab and everything in the storage room fell on him, eating away at his hazmat suit and changing his overall DNA and bodily structure, causing his body to take on the form of a feral dragon. Somehow he survived the blast as his whole lab was practically destroyed, so as he walked out of the torn up storage room, Raz stumbled not even noticing his bodily changes.

Extra: Can breath fire, but cannot hold a weapon.
