I'm not really worried about yiff anymore.  I'm married to a non-furry and honestly, I'm pretty happy with her.  Now being a non-furry and all, she naturally doesn't get the fandom, but she respect it, hence I respect her decision not to try to understand it.

So I guess I can say, I'm a non yiffy fur, even if I do have the stuff on my computer kept their for when I go out to sea.

If you say what comes natural, a sexual desire, gives furries a bad name, then I suppose humans have it bad too? Because they do the same, but its not called 'yiffing'.

Well, excuse me, but I am a 'furvert' or whatever you  wish to call it, but I don't see it as degrading, as you describe it.

in my oppinion, its more a form of voyeuristic cross between normal corn and zoophilia, so no, i dont see it as normal... esspecially being a therian and stuff, things like this strike me pretty hard

 Prior to a week ago, I had not thought of furries except as people that like animal costumes. Probably from something I saw on television. That being said, from reading the forum and talking to a few of your members, I don't see furrie-dom or furries as anything that strange really. A lot of what we do in life and think about in life is fantasy of some sort or the other. I like science fiction for just that reason. I've piloted many a starship in my dreams and thinking.

 The fact that fantasy carries over to the sexual arena is not surprising really. As long as people are consenting adults, I don't see the harm in how they express their sexual nature.

I really doubt its yiff that gives us furries a bad name. If yiff didnt exist then people would just find something else to get onto us about, its more what is the obvious thing they can point out and take out of context. Everybody has there own thing and if your yiff or not that doesnt mean your giving a bad names to furries and/or anything of the like.

I used to be a bit of a cyber-sex-yiffy-manwhore (And by that I mean yiffing in roleplay) on Furcadia. I've settled down since then and I don't yiff anymore unless it's with someone I like. Especially if I like someone at the time. Having sexual roleplay with anybody else while I like someone feels too much like cheating to me, so I try really hard to resist the temptation when it comes up.

Er... in short, I'm mostly non-yiff. I used to not be, but now I am. If someone I'm involved with wants me to get involved in yiff with them, I'm all for it of course. But if anybody else tries, I must resist at all costs.

I scanned through this topic a bit and I really don't see the point in it. I mean, it seems that all you furs are doing is putting down those into yiff and calling them bad. To me, there is no such thing as a bad or good fur, and everyone is entitled to liking what they do. Personally I don't mind the art, but I really don't appreciate hearing others being put down for their interests or sexual desires.
