Hate comes in many forms. Trolls, bigots, idiots, and loud mouths don't bother me as much as untrustworthy individuals.
People can laugh, shame, and scream at you but atleast they're up front about it. Hatred like that is not anything that can amount the type of people who will come into your life and take advantage of you disguised as your friend, aquaintance, co-worker, boss, or even family out of envy, greed, or out of pure self-satisfaction of ripping you off. No matter how long you've known these people or how much you've done for them, in the end, you are only a target for their personal gain.
They will never tell you so. They will always reassure you that they're your best friend in the worst of times. They manipulate and guilt you into believing things you don't know who to trust or where the lies start or end - if they end.
Not being able to please everyone in the world is something you are taught.
Not being able to trust anyone in the world is something you learn the hard way.
