random high ram use

yea im having issues with high amounts of ram and its getting annoying even after a restart i rocket to 70% use for no reason at all

my solution was stopping windows update in services to get here task manger>services> services buttion down bottom>windows update>stop

Could you right click on the Svchost.exe which is using the most ram then click go to services?
It should show you what's using that much ram.
Also, how much ram does your system have? (And could you printscreen the performance tab)
