I'm new, obviously, or I wouldn't be posting here. Not only new to the forum, but to the fandom as well, and I'm looking forward to talking with everyone. Please don't be put off by my style of posts; I enjoy writing/reading alot, so I like to use proper sentence structure, but I'm not uptight at all, just professionally polite until I get to know someone. So, some details about my Fursona, I guess?:

Name: Winnona (Which I chose as my usename, but it's not a name I share)

Species: Utahraptor. A feathered dinosaur, the largest of the raptors.

The rest is still in developement, but what I have so far is:

Base Color: Brown, with various browns in a wood-grain-like patterning.

Accents: Burgundy feathers on head, arms, and tail.

Eyes: Dual-colored, bubblegum pink and blue.

Clothing: Little black dress, with floor length white fur coat. No shoes, due to claws.


I'm also new to online RPing, so if anyone's interested, you'll have to deal with my bumbling until I figure it out. In any case, I hope we can have fun together.

I certainly would like to rp with you. But first, I'd like to say that my house has poor internet speed, so my responses can be rather slow. And Winnona's not super complete yet, so her character might bounce around a bit, if that's alright?

Well I haven't really written much in awhile but I usually write calm, slow paced short stories.

And it's ok if your responses are a bit slow and it's alright if your character is fully developed yet

Sounds like a nice read. Do you post them anywhere? I haven't been writing an awful lot either recently, but I do have a few Dragonball Z fanfictions on the go. Funnily enough, niether of the more complete ones have any of the shows protaginists in them. I'm more of a villains girls.

Umm, no setting comes to mind. Where would a utahraptor and a wolf meet? A... barbeque, or something, I dunno. Where do you think? Also, how/where do you want to do this? Over PMs, email, a place on the forum? (I haven't really poked around much here yet.)

We have an RP section called the Training ground, you can do a basic RP there without worry. It's not really an active board though.

Well the only things I've really posted are Game Grumps/ Markiplier fan fiction and that was quite awhile ago. I wanted to post some of my furry stories but I didn't know where to post them...

If you have kik we can rp there. And an utahraptor and a wolf could meet anywhere  we're you thinking of a fantasy setting or more of a moderen one? I personally kind of like the barbecue idea

Fanfiction.com has an affiliate site called FictionPress, where you can post original stories. You could try there.

No, sorry, I don't have Kik. And I can't get it, because I don't have a cellphone either. Yeah, I know, someone who doesn't have a cellphone these days, shocking! I've never had one, and I'm not in a posistion where I can pay for one at the moment, but I would like one eventually.

I was thinking modern, since that's the way I think of Winnona, but I'd like to do fanasty sometime later, though. After I get some experience under my belt. Sooo, I guess we're doing BBQ, then?

PMs'd be good, then. You send the first one. Yeah, but there are so many options with fantasy that I don't like starting something unless I have a decent idea of lore and character traits. So, until I figure Winnona out, I think I should stick with modern.
