I've seen you're the most metal headed fella around here and I approve of your taste in music!  ;)

Hehe! That's friggin super, mate!  :D

I only ascended to loving metal when I turned 13 though and never much digged about music back in the day! That was till I encountered Rammstein and ever since it's been nothing but heavy metal and other more brutal sounding tracks I could listen!  ;)

I started out with Guns N Roses and then found Iron Maiden and my taste has gone heavier ever since until I found Dimmu Borgir etc, who I'm a huge fan of  ^_^

Man, Sabaton is my all time favourite metal bands of all time! Every song of theirs is pretty damn badass and I just love the history of different wars of the past in them!  ;)

My first Dimmu Borgir album was the Stormblåst MMV, which I ended up liking really much! Pretty badass! I love all kinds of black metal in general, but my favourite must be Impaled Nazarene!  ;)

The Stormblast 2005 sounds by far better than the original release of Stormblast.  I'm a big fan of Old Man's Child too.  Great stuff.  Gotta say, Europe boasts a heck of a lot of great bands

Gotta agree there with ya! The new remastered version sounds way better in my opinion as well, after I listened to the original tracks to compare them! Aye, especially from nordic countries one can really find some pretty badass metal bands coming from there! Most of my favourites coming from sweden, like Sabaton, Deathstars, Amon Amarth and Dark Funeral for example!  ;)

Man, you know I thought I was the only guy here who knew about The Kovenant, till I saw you post of their songs at the music section of this forum! Glad to meet another person who appreciates this particular band as well!  XD The first song from them I heard back in the day was called Jihad!

First song I ever heard by them was Planetarium and that was it, I was an instant fan.  Shame that we're still waiting for them to release Aria Galactica. I'm starting to think that by the time it's here, we'll all have grandkids or something

Still, my all-time favourite metal band, will be, without any doubt, Slayer. I love the guitar, bass, battery and voice style (Very agressive and intimadting, perfectly matching with the voice of Araya.) and it's letters, making a deep comparation between the war and the hell.

And if you ask, my favourite album is Haunting the Chapel, and, my favourite song, Chemical Warfare.
