He was on Big Brother, but that's not why he's a meme. After winning bb he went and did youtube and fell into a group with some other people. The reddit for that group is constantly posting images of him.

Sheridan is very small, where my relatives live is just a 5 miles drive through dirt road that leads to their home

It was a school event and I don't think the bus driver left the town all that much. One thing that I did learn from it is to never trust bus companies. We got it booked, called multiple times to check on it, and then it didn't show up, so we had to call them and get a second bus because they just didn't have our reservation in their system or something.
