Black pudding.. I gotta say, that's always been weird to me. Pudding to me has always been the semi-gelatinous sugary substance.

It's basically pig intestine stuffed with blood that's left to go hard and then you fry it up.  It's really yummy

There are a few things that even I wouldn't eat here

I remember a Korean restaurant near me has a dish with some sorta blood in it.


I mean, thinking of it it's not too far out there. Most higher quality meats still have some blood em in regardless. And, hey, you're already eating the flesh of the animals.
