How severe are the cutbacks?
Well, the funds for the railways will go from 3.8 billion a year to 750 million (basically murdering the railways)
for public transit: only public transit in cities will be funded, regional buslines will be killed off.

Oh dear... all that's happening with rail lines here is the level crossings are going underground.
Still won't help that trains are perpetually late.

They are modernizing 2 railway lines (major trainlines) they are bringing the amount of tracks from 2 to 4 however now the foundation and infrastructure is done there isn't enough money to lay the extra tracks... long live the cutbacks
