*sigh* thanks for understanding dax.... its just my parents think that I should be brought up in a certain way... and I think there way is boring and dull........ the even more annoying thing is that a while back, mum had told me back in the 1970s she walked down the street drinking coke and felt really cool... and now she comes and tell me that its poison.. honestly, cant they live a little...

Unless you're drinking like a 2 liter of coke a day then you're probably fine. Parents can be so difficult.

Coffee isn't a great substitute. Because you're probably going to be loading it with sugar either way. And the sugar in coke is the most prevalent "bad thing" in it.
