You did read my mind there Proto, on the ideas for the beginning of the next part. It's kinda exactly what you said, ends a bit differently I hope. I don't want to do cliffhangers but the placement is too good for them. Are they good?

Garmy, no taking my Firox! I'm comfortable and happy with him here! *moves his head up just a little so Firox knows he gets the equivalent of a hug without moving him* But you can come be cuddled by both of us!

Very good! Don't be too shy about cliffhangers. Even small ones are what keeps you reading. I end each chapter with a little bit of a cliffhanger. They compile, too, since I have teams of characters at the four corners, in Oasis, in Tazran, in Winter's Veil, and in Edge of Civilization (Just termed Edge). So you're left off wondering what's going to happen to Tami, then you're with Gem and what's going to happen to him, then Sapphire, back to Tami ... It keeps the story going and keeps you involved with everything.

It certainly made me want to read more about it. They disappeared and now I can't see what happens! I can only make guesses - which is good. I want to see if those guesses are right.

Great to hear that. I could technically move the end of part two a bit, but it would be lengthy then. Thanks for showing me the word of writing, it's really fun to create that story for me!
