Which dragon language? Dovaahzuul? I think Bethesda has rights to it since they invented it, I'm not sure though. I'm sure they could have rights at least.

I don't think a language can technically be copyrighted - the issue comes if you point out the language and where it originated. I would have to look into that for you, but I'm pretty sure you're okay. Elvish was created by Tolkien, and that's widely used in fantasy novels. Again, have to look into it for you first.

I would be happy to help with editing! And just to make you feel better, the short sentence structure is a preferred method nowadays. It sounds silly, but with the way the world is, people want it to be shorter and easier to understand than to have to get distracted midway through and not grasp what you're trying to say. It's a bad habit I had to break myself of. Short sentences also contributes to a more cinematic approach - it gets the description across quickly and allows your mind to form a picture as fast as you can read.

I feel the same about sentences Proto. The thing with tolkiens elvish is it was made some time ago, copyright laws were different then. Today you can copyright everything you want for ever if you've got the money. I'd check that just to be sure. Bethesda is cool though, they should allow using it but still I'd write to them or something. It's 10 minutes at most.
