Oh yeah, I get what you mean now. We have the same situation here. Since the drinking age and age of consent here is much lower (drinking: 16, consent: 15) people at my age spend their weekends partying, drinking, and the like.
It really annoys me.

For some reason I don't like parties... But we had parties earlier too... That's what annoys me. There are age regulations, and nobody cares. Kids smoke in elementary schools. Well some of them, those that play tough.

But yeah, I don't like parties either. It's just not really my thing. People at my age also smoke constantly. I generally don't really like people that smoke. I mean, it's not like I hate them, and my prejudices play a big role, but I just don't really like smokers.
