I've seen fireflies once, when I went backpacking out in the Wilderness. One of the most beautiful displays I've ever seen.
Other than that they don't really exist  :'(

I live in the suburbs, there's a forest nearby so we see lots of critters. I even saw a fox and her baby once. :)

That is awesome Cecilia, I never seen real foxes before.
Largest animal I seen are raccoons (saw a raccoon mother with 4 young onces crossing the street once)  :3

I get possums outside a lot, 3 heritage-listed oak trees in the front yard means plenty of possum playtime.
