The Snack Den

*nods and happily enjoys the pie next, just relaxing while nomming*

*as ? enjoys pie, she refills the glass with mango juice*


*both Linette and Vay keep ? cozy while nomming, as the rest of us stay back* 




*funny cute scene next*
*halfway through nomming dessert, Mia one of the girl Vees does say in that sweet voice to Vay and Linette, of course with ? in the middle it gets to listen to*
"can we haz a cheesy meal next time?"
*makes adorable eyes while nomming the slice*
*Vay smiles so does Linette, Vay tells ?*
"how about a tasty cheese meal we all love, it can have fries on the side and chicken tenders as part of the meal..."


*waits a minute as ? nibbles the bite*
*Vay mentions* "that is mac n cheese"
*all six smile, giggle, and nod*

*drinks the rest the relaxes, nods* that sounds tasty 

[Firox]

*the six smile, soon get to middle of the den along with Joseph, Jyo, and myself we get to teach the six this time how to play Go Fish*


*Grace comes over to nom some more pies, Iordan comes with ? at least to give thanks*
"thanks for the fun the other night, at least the snack battle was fun, can't wait for the next one"
*along with Grace both lay down nearby to eat some pie*


*Vay fluffs up ?'s pillow so it can relax*
"would you like a scoop of vanilla ice cream before sleeping?"

*giggles and nods then looks over* sure

[Firox]

*Vay gives ? a nice big scoop of vanilla ice cream, then wraps a blanket around ?*


*Firox decides to help out Zoran in the garden*
*the others are in the middle of the den learning how to play card game*

*noms it then happily settles down*

[Firox]

*Grace decides to ask first* "? before you sleeps, you will get to go down first next time, we will win again"
*says it in a fun silly voice just to get ? excited for the challenge*
*she sticks tongue out at ?, letting some cold air fill maw, doesn't do anything, just curls around* 


*Iordan goes out with Firox and Zoran are in the garden and explore and learn what all the fruit and veggies are, getting familiar with everything*

*sticks tongue out then settles down*

[Firox]

*Grace giggles and just naps too*
*Vay and Linette decide to instead take a look at food ingredients and write down anything missing*
*then both curl around ? and Grace are to nap too*
Vay "have a safe night"




*next day*
*Vay sends Linette, Zoran, Grace, and Iordan out to the market for ingredients, its Iordan's first trip into town - mainly to grab cheese, and a few items they like for themselves*
*in the mean time, Vay wakes Firox to make the pasta for the mac n cheese*


*Arval, Jyo, and myself along with the six younger ones fell asleep in same place after the card games*
*Vay to Arval* "would you three and six like to go get some chicken tenders, you can pick dessert too"
*all of us nod and each of us pick up two young and take along with us*
*first stop we go to the American style restaurant and place on order six orders of french fries and about 10 pounds of chicken tenders, while they cook the order we get an estimate on when it will be done, in the wait time we go over to bakery so the six young can pick out the desserts to nom*
*on Jyo: Mia and Vee go with various donuts they love*
*on myself: Kev and Matt pick out some tasty looking sweet bread*
*on Arval: Tony and Enis grab a few small individual sized fancy cheesecakes*
*enough for all to share and happily do so... once all the dessert  picked, we head back to the restaurant as the food cooks*
*all six at least enjoy a donut while waiting*
*Jyo, Arval, and myself we also grab a donut and cut into three parts*
*nose twitching from the good smell*






* 30 mins later *


*Grace, Linette, Zoran, and Iordan come back with the cheese and a few other snacks they like, and of course with Joseph and my request of Dr. Pepper*
*Vay gets the pasta cooking, to make it different, Vay and Firox made three different pastas, cheese filled tortellini, regular shell pasta, and bow-tie shaped pasta*
*while the cooking take place, the four start to shred the cheese and get the milk ready for the cheese sauce*


*rest of us arrive with the tenders and french fries*
*the six happily pass the dessert to Jyo so he can keep them ready*
*in the cooking time, which won't take long - Arval and I help the six play a short game of "Go Fish"*

*yawns and relaxes a bit*

[Firox]

*first time in two days, ? doesn't get woken up by fun brushing, as Leafy making the food*


*Jyo does call ? over if it likes to have a donut or a sweet bread for now while waiting*


*the six Vees joined up together, as Arval and I alone*
*with some good luck, the six Vees managed to win the game*

*comes over and noms some sweet bread* ^^

[Firox]

*at least the pasta almost ready, Vay doing the last of the cooking for them in boiling water*
*with the cheese shredded, Firox next starts to boil some milk, cream, butter, spices in a big pot and slowly add the cheese so it melts, finally whisking in flour to form the 'roo' - in another pot similar without flour less butter so its more sauce like, Firox does add bacon bits to give it taste and flavor*


*first off they mix the elbow-macaroni and bow-tie pasta together into the pot with the main cheesy-buttery fill, mix until its fully coated, on the other pot they add the three cheese tortellini*


*n the plate, first they add the tortellini and some sauce so its super cheesy and forms the base* 
*then they scoop in a big ladle full macaroni on top, add some more sauce, and extra shredded cheese so it melts with the heat, and make the silly long strands*
*add a lot of fries on the side, and:*
*for the 6 younger ones 3 big chicken tenders*
*for Vay, and Linette 4 big chicken tenders*
*for ? and rest of us 5 big chicken tenders*




*while the plates are still being formed, I go over to where ?, in a silly voice asks*
"h?, can I ask a question, how come the Vees keep winning games when we challenge them?"
*since both Arval and I lost once more, it was a game of "Go Fish" this time*

*happily starts to eat after plates are made, giggles n shakes head*
