The Snack Den

(will call it 'an afternoon' nap - next 'day' Saturday or Sunday will be "this afternoon" if it makes any kind of sense)   


*Linette* "have a great rest, will see you later after nap"


*Fiona* "we helps made the wafflez, and for afternoon  we will makes a tasty apple pie, have great nap..."




*Fiona alongside Mia and Vee decide to play with Sherrie and Linette*
*as the four boy Vees go alongside Flower, Firox, and Grace for a walk in the mountains, admiring the snow covered terrain*

*later on that same afternoon*


*Sherrie kind of in the 'cravings' for a certain meals, does tell all what her cravings are, asks to see who volunteers to go with her*
*Joseph, Arval, Jyo, and Grace decide to go - Ethan too*


*Matt, Kev, Enis, and Tony also want to go ask, they ask both their mom and dad*
Linette "alright, be careful and ride happily on them, and don't forget to pick up sesame chicken for all"
*four give her front paws a 'thanks ya' hug, two get on Arval, and two get on Joseph this time*

*Sherrie picks up ? before they head makes sure ribbon is nicely tight so ? don't fall off*

*enter Chinese restaurant*


*for now - Fiona is in the kitchen happily helping out Flower, and myself in making the apple pie - at first Mia and Vee watch, soon once they get an idea on how its made, they try out some, experiment and help out one way or another... not as good as Fi, but good enough to pass*
*I wash and rinse the apples - as Fi and two help out in cutting them*


*soon we start forming the pie shells and ready to fill them*

*yawns and relaxes*

[Firox]

*? feel a bit of cold breeze, but Grace isn't next to ?, but ? can see her*
*? can also feel some movement in the blanket, shivering movement, as Tony cuddling under the bigger Vee mane*


*soon the cold ends, surrounded by warmth and good smell*
*Arval to Sherrie* "? is awake"
*Sherrie turns to look* "how was the nap? we are in the Chinese restaurant, be back in den soon"
*Tony pokes out of the mane and blanket, stands next to ? looking around*


*as Arval was ordering for the rest in the den*
*Grace went next*
*Joseph after*
*Jyo orders next*
*Sherrie waits for the younger Vees to order first*

*? has ordered before, good thing the restaurant has pictures of the all available - Sherrie stands in a way so both can look at the menu*
*Sherrie to ?* "what would you like?"

*looks over* it was fine 

*relaxes and looks* orange chicken please

[Firox]

*the six order their most favorite - sesame chicken and egg rolls*


*Tony gets cozy again, tells ?* "apple pie dessert laterz"




*as the chefs cook the food, the one taking the order passes the 4 Vees two spring rolls free of charge* "there you go" *four give thanks*
*also pass ? 3 spring rolls as well, to give them an 'appetizer' taste, passes them in a napkin*
"there you go ?, some spring rolls"




*outside the snow did stop falling for a while, but almost 4 ft of snow, and super cold too, Grace loves it*

*by the time the spring rolls finish, the food in containers*
*between Arval, Joseph, Jyo, and Grace carry everything back*


*Sherrie tells ?, and the four Vees to get ready, and bundle up, will be cold outside*
*tucks ?, and the four into the blanket, makes sure to hold onto it with ribbons for the short ride to den*
"ok Vees, here we go"


*as all walk out into the cold from the warmth of the restaurant*
*instantly the cold air can be felt*
*luckily its only a quick 5 minute walk to den*

*nods and realxes in the blanket during walk*

*at least ? and the four don't have to walk or anything, just bundle up*

*in less than 5 minutes, Flower opens the door, and lets all in*
"welcome back"


*the first smell to hit all of us... fresh baked apple pie, resting by the window*

*Sherrie lets the four young Vees and ? as well onto the dinning table, between Flower and Firox warm up te area so its cozy*

*first things first... ? gets the orange chicken it loves*
*the six Vees, Ethan and Fiona get the orders of egg rolls and sesame chicken*

*the rest grab what they like the most*

*I pass all lemonade*


*Sherrie* "enjoy it everyone"
*what Sherrie really wanted was some general tsao and chow mein noodles, thats what she got*


*after eating, Arval, Joseph, and Grace decide to have a bit of playing rougher... a.k.a. play fighting, in part of the den where none are*

*Sounds of electric jolts can be heard, looking over, Grace trying to catch Joseph, Arval, trying to catch both, also trying to avoid each other grabbing them first*


*Linette once more takes out a book in corner of the den start to read*

*happily starts to eat and enjoy drink ^^ *

*Joseph in top for now, giving Grace and Arval a ticklish Jolt*
"I wins, any one more?"
*Grace and Arval plan on pouncing"


*as the young ones eat, same with Fi and Ethan - Linette reads them a story*
*Sherrie joint in on reading"


*I keep eating*
