Ah, that's good. Hopfully when me and my bf move out, we don't have any problems like that. He's terrified of "ghosts" (I hate when he calls em that), and although I've calmed him down by saying that I'd be able to take care of anything that would come around, I'm pretty doubtful in my ability. x)

Very cold and rainy. We only had a quarter mile visibility here because of the fog, and it didn't lift until about 9am. :o
