Nah, Teen Titans has a new cast now (in the comics, anyway). The previous members have grown up; Dick turned into Nightwing, Starfire's runnin' with Red Hood's crowd, and Cyborg is a part of the Justice League now.
I was reading Red Hood and the Outlaws, in which they had a horrible representation of Starfire. They turned her into a cold heartless alien who can't even tell humans apart and sleeps around for no reason. Again, I'm hoping it's just someone in disguise to mess up her relationships, and the real Starfire is going to be the same as before, but since this is the DC reboot and everything's getting changed around there's a good chance this is the real Starfire and they just decided to mess up her character.
