the government promotes militarism and puts money and effort into the development of weaponry, this causes international retaliation in the form of militarism causing the world to become highly militarised and on edge.

with anarchy at least the weapons would by harder to come across because the development of the aforementioned weapons would decline because of the lack of military.

also the community could easily become self reliant if the right members of the community were introduced and those who disrupt the system are removed.

with a government it's at least possible to try and co-exist with other nations

i know that isnt always true, but it's truer then saying every self reliant community would hold hands and sing songs together
