also thats the sexiest armor I have every seen
your jealous cause you could never be as awesome as the guy wearing that armor

but then i actually take the time to UNDERSTAND the backstory behind the guy in the armor and the armor itself, which makes it cool

Frank wakes Ted and tells him how it all started. "I'm gonna find that doctor, and toss him into The Hole back in Pittsburgh!" Ted said.

Well its not too bad in my opinion, he could have turned Frank into a Deathclaw

Well he's not, so let's not say things like that. Even if this irreversible, Frank is still as human as before it happened. Just a tail, ears, muzzle, paws, increased tolerance to cold and modified armor are included now.

"That would have been fun, but no." Ted took a glass fish bowl from the passenger seat, in it was a small fish. "Though he's not an Anthro, his mind is still intact within that pitiful little body..." Ted said.
