well having an unstoppable character who you even refer to a God with no hope of winning isnt what anyone would call 'fair',
Every boss is either stoppable, or has an advantage that you can strip away.

Isaac is designed as a "final boss" type of character, but in the Random Thread, there are no last levels, so having him suddenly pop-up is like having you fight Dracula at some point in the middle of Castlevania.
