Frank makes it to the edges of D9, noting the "NO HUMANS ALLOWED" signs on the fences, he also realized that if he didn't know how to communicate with the Poleepkwans, and it was far too late to call for Mike to get over to his location. A couple dozen MNU helicopters flew loudly overhead, preparing to make their decent into D9, Frank had to move fast if he wanted to keep MNU from getting to his objective first. He jumped the fence and left his weapon holstered, knowing that most of the population here didn't openly care firearms... but it was still a risk, considering the constantly stoked fires of prejudice, and that fact the Poleepkwa were not to be messed around with in close quarters.
