I want to make a mod for Fallout 3 that makes “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong as a possible music track on Galaxy News Radio... how would I be able to do this, anyone?

i'm guessing open the folders for the game..and find where the sound bytes/ music is kept..and copy and paste the MP3 into it?
