I used to look after a birb like that.
He was pretty mean, but that's probably because his actual owner didn't give him enough care and attention.

That's the problem with birbs...

Some people just sorta think it's not a big deal, and keep them locked up in a cage all the time, and, well, then they go nuts. Basically... :c

This birb had the cage open and was allowed to fly around as he pleased inside a whole room so space wasn't the issue.
He was probably just lonely.
