^ Debatable ... because then after they gamble there souls away, tax payers would have to pay for them via them probably abusing SS, and all kinds of what not.

I'll say maybe, but its pretty hard to get SS (Being said without getting too much into my personal situation, but I'll agree that lots of people can, and will abuse the system; I used to know a fur that in one breath complain about how broke he is and that they wouldn't give him any money for his disabilities, and in the next would go off and buy *expensive* artwork of his fursona..)
I think my questions are: How many people are there addicted to the point that they'll gamble themselves out of house and home, and will the amount made from the casinos offset the amount that the tax-payers will pay for SS programs for said peeps. Either way, it would be interesting if they would keep record of that kind of thing, so they can keep track of the statistics and figure out if it should stay or go.
My thing is that if it doesn't end up working, you can always close it down and make it into something else.
