i now have to find a bad sniper who's killing refugees at Bitter Springs from a long distance. When I get him, it's gonna be a short gunfight.

V.A.T.S or Boone's spotter perk helps alot. I go into sneak mode and pop shots, most are instant kills.

im awful at sniping except in tf2 and once in cod 4. Cod 4 sniper mission, I got it the first try!!  :D  tf2 I can headshot ya in midair.
