That's a debatable question. I like old SNES games, like final fantasy vi or secret of mana. They had some depth to them, but they were still considered 2D. So I guess I'd go with that.

Would you rather pull out your intestines with a fork or have your brain removed through a straw?

Brain removed with a straw. Two reasons - first I probably wouldn't feel it for as long, and second it reminds me of an episode of Red Dwarf.  X3

Go for the ankles. I've had horrible injuries to one, so I could survive. Plus, if you get kneecapped, you will never walk right again.
