On topic: I got an entire bag of candy corn and have to slowly work through it with my front teeth. Which is terribly agitating because if even the slightest bit of sugary goodness gets on the back ones, it'll hurt like all hell.

^Technically they're not. The right to free speech is that you're entitled to speaking your mind without having to worry that the government will have your head for it if they don't like what you're saying.
This place has rules, and while you use this site, you're agreeing to letting them decide what's an acceptable topic and what isn't.

The first amendment of the constitution says, exactly, these words

As far as I can see congress has not made a law prohibiting you from posting certain things on this forum and not allowing you to veto those laws in congress, so as far as I can see the first amendment is not broken.
