Yes. The county I live in has the highest rate of welfare in the state and we also have one of the lowest populations in the state. This county makes me proud...wait no I doesnt

But there is no excuse for being so fat you need assistance to get arround, that is a personal choice not a "medical condition" being a glutonous, lazy ass with no self controll is unexcusable and deserves to be shamed

Also **censor** the wellfare system, its THEIR FAULT that they are in a situation that they cant make a passable living on whatever shitty minimum wage job they have because it was their choice to not go to college or not abort the child they got knocked up with while whey were in highschool, or whatever situation theyre in, the only excusable reason for recieving wellfare is being to mentally disabled to work , physical dissabilitys shouldnt be a reason unless its somthing theyre born with like MS or stuff like that

Welfare is intended for someone that gets injured or something and is unable to work for a period of time. Theres supposed to be a time cap on it, depending on the state, usually 4 months or so. The problem is most state no longer require that you had a job previous to collecting it and they dont time cap it anymore. Or if they do the people just go in and reapply for it
