I did call a lawyer and he told me I had a good case but what people dont realize is in a civil case with less than $5000 involved in most states a ruling from the judge in my favor wouldnt guarantee repayment. Basically if he didnt repay me before hes probably not gonna just be cause a judge said he has to, and with less than $5000 inolved I can go after wage garnishment

No, I am still going to use the words 'gay' and 'queer' as many homosexuals have reclaimed that term, BUT I will never use those words as a way to intentionally insult or harm someone else emotionally.


Also, people who either don't put trigger warnings on anything, or put trigger warnings on EVERYTHING.

I don't really understand trigger warnings though. It seems unnecessary, and it shields people from reality.
