Eh, while I don't like how the "trigger warning" thing mostly just caters to people who want the world to be shaped around themselves, I can see how some warnings are actually helpful. Depends on how "loud" the warning is.
I can take very dark and dirty subjects and humor and not be bothered at all, but some people simply prefer to avoid them if they have the choice. Just making a quick note of "hey, this contains x" allows those people to know to skip it. At least it's not censorship. But since everyone has their own special breed of "trigger" (which is more like "this makes me slightly uncomfortable, how terrible!")), you can't please everyone.
Anyway, on subject (and related), people trivializing terms annoys me.
