I really should. I could only say that work out four times a year and it's not work outs with weights, but with objects (when I carry around the Christmas figurines and set them up and do the inside decorations, which is a lot of walking, lifting, and going up & down stairs; when I take them all down, which is the same; when I have to set up our spring/summer outside decorations, which is also a lot of lifting and walking; and when I take them down in the fall, which is the same).

V actually took the time to read all of what I just wrote? (I don't blame you if you didn't, lol)

i did that sorta is the same with me, i sorta get a work out every week, but i want to do more, but it too cold to run, i can't walk to the gym it so cold, and weight lifting at hoome makes me feel like a loser, what other 14 year old girl lifts weights, really i've yet to meet one.

v has gym class tomarrow and will get a work out (we flip 375- 650 lbs tires when it's warm out)

no i voulenteer at a free hotel for parents to stay at while there kids are at the hospital, sides i'd want to take home every wnimal i saw there
