The world of Terra, a world filled with anthropomorphic and feral creatures, who are made up of a collection of species who live, work and generally enjoy their daily life's in a type of unity and respect that ushered in a general era of peace, advancement and prosperity, ........it was......
The source of the prosperity during the golden age and the source of peace were the crystals of the whispers.
They were discovered 2200 years before present day, a time known as the grey era- an era known of legend and mystery, a collection of thousands of caverns began to mysterious become unearthed/ appeared suddenly, all over the globe, in oceans, volcanoes, deserts, cities, forests, they were everywhere and were able to be accessed by anyone, and each cavern had millions of crystal. What really surprised our ancient ancestors is what the crystals were capable of for them. Healing of sick, the removal of drought, and even one that allowed you to talk to someone passed you loved that passed. Families would have so many of these crystals. But each cavern only had one type, and jealously arose and some people wished to use these crystals for their economic advantage, but was quickly quenched when a family known as the Crow's, who were able to establish a united government that bought all species under a olive branch of peace and friendship, and created the United Terra Coalition.
But their was something special about these crystals, besides the properties that each individual one has, they would whisper, at random times for random periods at random intervals. They would not do things that were overly aggressive or overly dangerous and intrusive, they were living creatures most people thought. Though no one cared though since the objects offered them a limitless supply of free and safe technology. This went on for around 1000 years, then someone did something they shouldn't have done,..... Irony...
A Sergal known as Vilous, found a way to extract the special abilities from the crystal, .... and he extracted the powers from many crystals. In one year he had obtained a wealth of abilities and a large organisation of followers who followed and some even worshiped him, and then Vilous began his campaign. He wiped out army after army, force after force, and species after species until all continents and islands were under his banner but one stood, the homeland of the crows and the head of the united terra Coalition, Kgelgor. And through the desperate 20 years where violas began to conquer every part of the globe, the United Terra Coalition dabbled in some very dangerous practices in order to discover the secret behind the extraction, but when Violas was knocking on their front door, they discovered an even deeper secret..... the crystals weren’t a renewable source of energy but were a prison, each crystal containing a single creature of great evil….. they were called the Whisper’s.
The creatures were chiton plated in a range of different colours, they stand about 9 ft tall, with long tails and limbs, sharp 3 clawed hands and feet, double jointed humanoids, totally blind, and teeth so numerous and sharp they put sharp and dragon anthros to shame. Each has one ability, the ability related to their crystals ability, since they are the source of the powers…. Who knew right…..
The first whisper appeared after a crystal of flare was broken after it was shattered by a Dragon warrior who though that the secret lied in the center or core of the crystals, he smashed the gem for hours with his blade until it just gave way. It ate the dragon, the whisper did, than sub sequentially destroyed every crystal, releasing his whisper allies, and killed every occupant in the occupant. When violas landed, he didn’t face an armada of ship, an army, not even villages armed with pitchforks, he entered a ghost continent. This is where history gets fuzzy, no one knows what happened, but this is clear, Violas and his followers did not return, nor did any news about the people of Kgelgor appear, any attempt to discover what happened, resulted in the demise of the crew of the ships or aircrafts, until years later a single message came in the form of a exhausted and wounded winged wolf messenger, a devout of violas, arrived at the shores of an small and poor island south of Kgelgor, Desore, warning people what happened, a message from violas begging that the crystals should be destroyed and that all effort to investigate should be rejected. The wolf subsequently died, and news spread fast and panic ensured, some believed Violas message while some didn’t, but the wolf is what changed everyone mind. He, or better put it, IT broke free of its body, a whisper, arose from the bloody remains and it began its campaign similar to the Kgelgor. When the island went silent, a group of aircraft balloons and blimps investigated, what they discovered was the stuff of nightmare. The entire island was covered with a structure resembling towers, and the towers were made up of living whispers, who had made the structures one mixed colour chitin armor, impenetrable to gunpowder and fire. They saw crystals being gathered into one spot and being striked multiple times by the whispers deadly claws, and these crystals would break like eggs, spilling their hidden horrors, then came something that shocked the entire world. Bodies, hundreds of bodies, man, woman…. Even children, were lined up along the shores of the islands. Then the bodies would burst and a chitin would be born from the blood of innocents. This was news was broadcasted throughout the world, the years of the golden age was over.
Then came the age of confusion, an entire continent becoming a deathtrap, an island a gallery to the horrors of a central point of peace and a world who lost two of its leader, violas and the coalition in one swoop. The crystals were all shipped quickly collected and sent to five isolated islands that were quarantined and blockaded by thousands of ships and millions of people. Families and companies rose up and began to slowly gain power and influence establishing their own governments. This rose until 500 before present.
The world was growing, technology was advancing and there was actually order. The world had recovered, children were told ghost stories of the whispers and a united world was looked with utter disgust. And the world became ruled but governments. And like every historical era in this history, then came another event. There were strange things happening an entire generation of furries were being affected, money would disappear, and houses were burnt by lightning and people who could defeat hundreds. These people became known as vectors, after the most famous vector user, Vector Delquaro a Fox who could rip holes in space and transport people across continents and made an empire. The vectors who first viewed as suspicion, many were thought to be related to the crystals that once almost destroyed the world. The generation of Vectors, were becoming both an annoyance and a blessing, and these figures weren’t of any power in the government or of any significant wealth. This scared a lot of people who themselves, controlled millions of people and had a uncountable amount of wealth, and thus tension rose between commoners with extraordinary powers and the governments that ruled. And some sort the powers they possessed, killing and kidnapping them in their thousands. Then there was the second biggest discovery of Terra’s history. Inside a vectors body, located where the heart was, was a crystal….. A colored crystal that resembled the crystals of old. The Governments ignorantly spread the news, and then came the hunts. People feared this generation, they feared the unknown, so they went on a march, commoners, Nobel’s, politicians, military and science, turning on furries that were once the heroes of the lower and middle classes of the many nation around the world. Fear, that has not been seen since the world was plunged into fear after the whispers arrived. And thus in a few hundred years, many generations later, the last vector was believed to have taken its last breath. No questions, were ever asked what the truth was behind the vectors and the world believed that it was truly safe finally safe from the whispers.
Three hundred years later, and a era of industry has taken root, the world has become a collection of tribes, republics, empires and nations. The world is now filled with aggression, greed, fear and content. But that is where your story begins.
Now:
The Empire of Canis, the largest government body in the continent of Celcensore, and the second in the world. The city of Jell Van Cenal, a city of thief’s, or a the tv, radio, internet, and other media promote, the city of the dice ( its gambling ). The massive casino the Aria (couldn’t think of a name of a casino… Hooters, wait already taken) stands tall over the massive city of light. The main lobby was filled with tens of hundreds of people, there was a massive bar with a range of alcohol, games (gambling), sexy female waitresses walked around carrying alcohol, and sexy patrons dot the floor. There is a massive Ferrari, spinning in the center, a massive screen playing a heated competition of……… grid iron…. ( oh American football), with drunken fans cheering as a team scored a …..point ( I have no idea of American football terminology), and there was a ton of security guards walking around, a unusually high amount. The patrons are mainly canine, but there are still many different species here, all betting their lives on games, hoping to win big time.

•Vector powers aren’t godlike or op, also there are two types of vector powers, internal and external, internal refers to release of power from within while external refers giving your powers to other. Example, a external ice user can shoot ice weapons and turn weapons and objects into ice, while internal can turn into ice and shoot ice from fingertips, (just reply in thread or pm me for questions, I don’t mine stretching but there is a reason why.
