THE INVASION
CHAPTER ONE : THE BEGINNING


The day....started out..strange, actually, for the first time in awhile...
My name...Troy..not a great name...It's alright I guess...
Anyways, I'm 11 years old, life was great...until......

"Okay class, sit down and open your math books to page 47..."
I was in the fifth grade...I hated school...obviously enough.
I flipped to page 47 and stared at it..I blinked...
You just gotta love photographic memory...
I closed my book, my teacher knew exactly what I just did..
She was the only one that knew I had a photographic memory, well..besides my buds of course...

LATER THAT DAY..

"So...that's the plan?" Zack asked T.J.
"Yep.." He replied cheerfully...
"I can't believe we're actually gonna do this!" Zack shouted..
"Shut up!!" T.J. and I muttered in unison...
"Don't tell anyone.."
"Fine.." Zack said, rolling his eyes...
I looked up in the sky...Something caught my eye...
"Um...guys.." I muttered...
I spotted a...ship...It looked like an orb was powering it from the bottom...
"Oh no.." We all cried in unison...

CHAPTER TWO : STEALTH

We all stared at the ship, horrified...
I was the first to move,
I grabbed them both by the collars of their shirts and took off...
"We gotta go hide!" I murmured to them both...
I, frankly, was terrified...
I'm sure Zack and T.J. felt the same way..

10 MINUTES LATER..

The ship had landed...mutant..alien looking things came out of the ship..
"Got it?" I whispered, repeating the plan over again..
"Yep.." They replied in unrehearsed unison...
..."...and....NOW!" I whispered...
We took off, continuously taking cover and advancing to the ship...
We were 5 feet away from it...
"Let's go.." T.J. muttered...
We snuck up the docking bay...
We all saw a mutant with a gatling gun,
We all nearly screamed, but we covered eachothers mouths and hid..
It passed us by and we snuck into the cargo hold...
..I started thinking.."Things are NOT going the way I planned..."

CHAPTER THREE : CAPTIVITY


The ship started violently shaking....I almost fell over..
"We're going up?!" Zack cried, clenching his hands..
We searched around in the cargo hold, all we found were 7 plasma pistols..
Well, that's what Zack called 'em,
He's a big Sci-Fi Geek....I rolled my eyes...
"Alright, let's move.." T.J. said...
We opened the door a crack and peered out....

We quietly snuck over to a door leading to the Brig...
T.J. opened it slightly and saw a mutant guarding the cells.
"INTRUDERS!!" I heard a mutant shout from 20 ft away from us..
"Run!" I heard Zack shout, We all t0ok off for the docking bay..
We saw ships out there when we came in...

While we were racing away from the mutant, another grabbed Zack..
"GUYS, HELP!!" He screamed in a shrill tone..
"Zack!!!" T.J. and I cried in unison, still running.
We got into the Docking Bay, panting heavily..
We went and hid somewhere, regretting not saving Zack...

"Ah, jeez..." T.J. whispered...
"This sucks.." I muttered, still hiding with T.J.....
We were panting silently...out of breath..
We need a plan....but what can we do?

LATER...

"What can we do?" T.J. asked me...
"I dunno.." I replied...sighing quite deeply...
Alright...get a hold of yourself...


"LET ME OUT OF HERE!!" Zack screamed...
He was in the brig...
"SILENCE insolent human!"
Zack was sitting on the ground..
Tears were forming in his eyes..
"This sucks..." He moaned.
"What can I possibly do?" He asked himself quietly.
He thought it over for a minute, then grinned..

 There was an air vent above him..
That's convenient!
The guard wan't looking, so He jumped up,
Grabbed the slits and it fell down silently...
He jumped off the wall and squeezed into the vents...
"Perfect.."

"I can't believe this is happening.." T.J. said mournfully...
"How could this possibly be happening?" I asked myself..
I sighed, tears forming in my eyes.
I looked at my watch...

CHAPTER SIX : REGROUP


Zack crawled thru the vents quietly...
He knew we were in the Docking Bay,
There were ships in there we could use to escape..

"We can't just wait all day.." T.J. moaned...
"I know, I know." I said, impatiently..
I wanted to wait for Zack..
I knew he was always a slippery one..

I looked thru slits in a opening..
I saw T.J. and Troy..
"Yes!" I muttered. forcing the vent open and dropping in..

"Zack!" I whispered, seeing him fall by us..
"C'mon, we need a ship.." T.J. said, getting up..
I got up, we snuck where the ships were..
We found one..in an ungaurded section...
"Okay, guys..here we go!"
Zack ran over and opened the huge door that let ships fly out..
He ran back and got inside the ship with us..
T.J. was piloting, I was in the gunner's seat..I grinned..

CHAPTER SEVEN : WARNING SIGNAL

"Alright guys, let's go!" T.J. shouted, flying us out... "We gotta get to City Hall!" I shouted up to T.J.
"Incoming!!" Zack said, T.J. evaded the missle flying at us..  "Faster!" I shouted.
T.J. sped it up, "Alright!"  "Keep goin, almost there.." Zack said, looking at the map...

WE WERE ALMOST THERE....

"Alright... I don't see any enemies on the radar..." Zack said..
T.J. was calm, staring at the surroundings...
I sat in the gunner's seat...  I saw an alien scout ship...
It hadn't seen our ship yet, so I charged a shot and blasted it...
"What was that?!" Zack and T.J. asked..  "I took out an enemy ship.." I informed them..
"Keep your eyes on the wheel, T.J." I told him...
