I have no real life friends. Bad situation and being isolated for a little over 10 years doesn't help. And I have massive trust issues and massive paranoia, so that probably doesn't help.

I own 3 hell hounds (English Bull Terriers/Target Dogs) that can open doors with sideways handles. And they try opening door knobs with their teeth. They are also the most adorable and attached creatures in the world.
