Peanuts, seeds, almond butter, hummus, and oils are good.

Animal proteins are good too but they contain saturated fats, which are not good.

High calorie juices and Caesar dressing on salad. Mayonnaise is good too.

Dried fruits can be eaten in many different ways and so can potatoes.

Pretty sure it means climate change. The weather where I live hasn't gotten cold enough for the trees to drop their leaves, nor has it rained more than 0-3 times per year.

I think that Dana Linn Bailey is the most beautiful woman I've seen and honestly I just don't understand why peeps don't see it too. (This isn't sarcasm, I swear. She really is a gorgeous woman.)
