I also talk to myself often as well. Occasionally I describe arguments for a debate I am having with no one.

I also blurt out random words to distract myself if I have a bothersome thought or remember something stupid I did in the past. Usually I have the sense to not do it when people are listening, but once in a while I do it anyway.
