I wish I could sleep 16 hours. I take trazodone (two 50mg) pills just to get 5 to 7 hours of sleep.

As for sleep schedules, I like to joke I'm on a space-station schedule: I'm up and working when I need to be, I eat when I need to, and sleep when I need to.
There is no set day or night for me.  XD

I've been homeless a few times, so having a nice bed is important to me.
I can definitely recommend the foam mattress idea.
My current bed has a hybrid memory foam/titanium spring mattress. It's frickin' awesome!  :D
