Mal shows Setcho upstairs, it is obvious his room was cleared up in a hurry, and probably by Mal himself. Still, while there is a lot of dust it is a fairly nice room, with a bit more cleaning, it could be fairly pleasant.

The plant-life is diverse and interesting, the gardens are obviously fairly wild, and unlike the rest of the house, look like it might stay that way...
