Well, apparently English is one of the most difficult Europese languages.

It's the hardest to write, because you write the same pronounciation differently in different words, and different pronounciations are written the same in different words. Children in Finland seem to have a lot less trouble with reading and speaking, because each pronounciation has a different letter and each letter a different pronounciation.

Hmm maybe. But that's only one aspect of the language. And I'd think polish is harder when it comes to pronouncing and writing.

I could make a few things out already. Like you pronounce the 'cz' differently.
Oh yeah, I also read people in the Netherlands make a huge fuzz about the Dutch language. When someone changed the Dutch word for pancakes from 'pannekoek' to 'pannenkoek', some people got so upset they caused a minor uproar. Because of this the spelling of the word got turned back into 'pannekoek' only a few days later.
